Fender Strat vs Fender Tele

I'm currently saving up for a new guitar. I like to play mostly indie rock, rock and a bit of metal. Which of these two should I get? Other suggestions are welcome as well!

    I'd go for the latter, cause I like the contrast, if you can try them out first see which one best suits your hand, and feels better to play.

    Try them both out, but you may like the feel of the Strat better.
